I have married into a Goan Family. The family were landlords and owned a lot of paddy fields, which were given to tillers for farming. However after the Goa becoming a p art of India, laws have changed and tillers are protected as per land reforms act. I have till date not got a clear idea on the ownership/rights of landlord in those fields. Kindly put light on the same.
thank u

No proper light can be thrown unless knowing the true facts of the land of your in-laws. Let you collect entire actual/factual data and again put your query if you feel it fit to do.
