Respected all,
I need some lawyer who can fight for justice mere not for case but for justice, when person trapped by professional frauds whose intention was mere to bound a person and extort throughout life for money and get control over person having.
I am living in mumbai (thane)
my story-
family marriage converted into social marriage and from the minute marriage finished family of wife stated threatening by the name of police and Dowry. Despite net expense of my marriage was not more than 15000.00 thousand and not even a single penny taken. the only condition was mymother will be in the marriage and her presence was at prime for me. she was sick and paralytic. mere in four sarees I bring her in my home nothing else. My income was good and it was my opinion that If I can handle the family then what is needed except hapiness. money what I shall earn for family nothing else. she was neither residing but going and coming to matrimonial home by her wish if any word said then simply she used to say I anything said to me my parents will file the complain in police that you people are demanding money. I took charge over the family again. going to job, cooking in the kitchen and other work as my duty towards old aged parents were intact espicelly towards my sick mother. her parents stated collecting money knowing my weakness as I cant do any thing due to my mother . it was necessary to keep some money at home for emergency due to sick moter and then she started stealling money and always leaving in my absence. my father tried to convince her parents several times but they openly told marriage done means your fault, words used for my father - hame nahi pata tha bimaro ka karna padega tumhara beta itna paisa kamata hai servant rakhna chahiye- finally in afamily of four members three kitchens opened. finally that day also came when she stolen the entire jewellery of my mother in front of her eyes along with her mother and brother , my mother was alone that time and could not scream even on getting sudden act but died within few hours due to heart attack in fear and agony. I went to police to file the matter of theft but they suggested if ffamily of wife can do such act and are aware the death occur nothing will be found but in lieu ofthat she will file several cases on you and other members will come under that. it will be quiet better that go directly and talk, I went they demanded and took Rs 50000.00 from me but returned only regular wearing jewellery of my mother rest kept with the words that when she will come back she will bring with her as after the death of mother entire jewellery will be consider as their daughter stridhan. One day I came to know wife was pregnant but How? we havent made any sleep ever, took charge for everything hospital, medication etc now they targated my father, they threatened they will abort the child and put some marks on the face and body of the wife and will charge on you that you have given pregnancy kick to our daughter and you will be in jail other wise give one lakh, they even tried to abort the child but it was too late , four months had already passed,god saved me, I was always asking from my parents when she is not residing with us and telling that she will file so and so matter in police and dragged us in court but how she will prove so and so happened if she even dont know to our neighbours also nighbours will also not recognise her when I asked how you can blackmail me like this they tried me to put in jail but simultaneously police at one glance only at me, left me, my weight reduced from 130kg to 47 kg within 3 months due to continue threat and extortion. I was not getting any way to come out and child born to her she told you have to pay for everything and did namkaran with someone else , one side she took money from me onthe other side next day done namkaran. due to continue extortion and mental harassment I went into depression, In such madness her brother used physical power several times on me. once he kicked on my testical which has turned a swollen mass now, I turned pennyless, lost job but extortion continued they kept collected money from me, I used to say whether you sstay with me or give divorce but stop extortion, I consulted with alawyer , he refused to file any matter with a word if you dont have any marriage proof and matter filled and she refused as your wife then she can file case of defamation and other charges on you better to keep silent and sstopped giving money furthur. I stopped giving money. they tried several time to book me through police but police were calling me and just leaving me by looking at my face. not even a single question asked by police ever to me in police station and finally my friends took charge to take me out of such pathetic mental state. they gave their precious time on me along with their other family members. spended thousand of rupees on me to take me out for roaming and other things and finally after 8=months of their efforts I come out of the mental state of insanity(madness).
after then I sent notice of mutual divorce directly she and her family members again tried to threatened me with similar threat and extortion but I called her In judicial system come and prove your allegation .
wife and her family members continued extortion for money and threat with similar allegation, demand of money as Dowry, mental and physical harrasment, etc. On first day I laughed in the court with words " Chor machiye shor " teenso chuhe khake Billi Hazh ko Chali on these words even magistrate shocked.
now I am facing case of Domestic violence but living with peace as she herself submitted evidence of marriage as proof, submitted evidnces of comenced fraud under which marriage solemanise.
It is God justice she stolen everything from my house but left things which I am using as evidence in court. it was worthless and useless for her and for her parents but usefor for me to fight for justice. few documentation records and mobiles. provided she and her family had submitted documents which will help me to get justice furthur.
hence I am seeking such lawyer who can fight for justice, as such frauds who are taking marriage as business and trapping weaker families to materialise their hunger for money. intentionally commencing several crimes with families were old parents are depending on one earner?
if any one can fight for justice on Behalf of me, plz

Yes there is no dearth of lawyers, the question is who is competent to handle such case.
