A listed Co. in its AGM had passed a special resolution for keeping of its Statutory Register at a place other than its Registered Office. Now the Company wants to reverse the activity i.e. it again wants to keep its Statutory Register at the Registered Office of the Company.
What all do we need to do to give effect to the same?

It would have been better had you checked the provisions of Company Law regarding Statutory Registers and then made your comment.
Please find attached doc and enlighten your self.

Keep registers in the same town or city where the Registered address of the co.
Follow procedure laid down as per sec 163 of Companies Act 1956/ u/s 286 of act [also sec 147 of co. act]
You may have to call extra -ordinary AGM, if want to shift registers urgently, for any justified reason.
