Registration stamp duty

agreement to sell in 1960. litigation from 1963. decreed in 2011.registration by execution court. agreement for sale for 12000/= in 1960 .now DLC rate is 7 crore .the stamp duty will be in lac's .what is the remedy to save the duty.please advice withe citation.thanks

there is no remedy, you have to pay stamp duty as DM's Circle rate.
