Hi My maternal grandfather excuted a partition deed in the year of 1956 giving his properties to his 4 sons. in this only one son has concentrated on the properties and made his lands to his name during the land reforms acts in kerala. others 3 were working out of state and have no claims or holds on their shares, How can we locate our lands as per the partition deed. Its agricultaral land and each person were having approx 80 acres as per the partition, Considering the land reforms acts of kerala each one can hold certain amount of properties in their names. Since these 3 people were living out side kereala they could not claim it at that time and now nobody knows how to locate or to claim their property as per the right. Can anyone eupport us by giving sincere and dedicated advises, We look forward to hear soon. Thanks and regards ... Kumar

Apply the certified copy from the subegister office and get all the documents from the competent revenue authority. Village map will help you the find out the location of such properties.
