: Regarding the information about the movement of the case records along with the Order and decree. My case which was disposed off on 25 /8/ 2011 in the Supreme Court The records were sent to high court in January 2007 by A.D.J. 1 which was sent to SUPREME COURT. As per the RTI information the Order was sent on 22/9/2011, the Decree was sent on 30/9/2011 and the Original records have been returned back to Registrar High Court on 11/10/11 by the SC. My query is when earliest could all the Records along with the Order and Decree would be sent to A.D.J.1 court and what is the reason for delay in sending. Till now we have not received the records in trail court for starting the execution of the decree.I have applied for RTI but has not received the riplie. THANKS.

Thse are mainly due to administrative burden of the staff starved departments.
I do not think there was enough delay. However of you feel otherwise then write letter to the Registrar of the High Court to send the case records expeditiously.
