498a running in lower MM court, whereas the complainant staying with husband,contrary demanding for withdrawl of OP case at another family court.

Does lower court has powers to call the OP case of family court?

Lady filed 498-a and staying with accused.

Husband filed a case against the lady staying with him.

Why such battles in court dude?

This said, lower court has no power to call family court cases to itself.
