A PERSON ACCUSED IN N.I.ACT. HE ABSCONDED AT THE TIME OF JUDGMENT. NEARLY 7 MONTHS ELAPSED. HE WAS CONVICTED AND SENTENCED TO UNDERGO 6 MONTHS S.I. BESIDES COMPENSATION OF RS.3 LAKHS. NOW HE INTENDS TO SURRENDER BEFORE THE TRAIL COURT TO UNDERGO IMPRISONMENT. PLEASE ADVICE.

He can appear before the convicting court directly with an application. Trial court will call the file from record room and will proceed ahead.
