How to release from protection house

My friend get married with his girl friend against the wishes of parents and later on they approached to Highcourt of P&H,High court directed to secure their life and they were sent to protection home by police .Now couple is residing in Safe /protection house of Rohtak since last week and now they want their release from safe house even they are ready to file affidavit to this effect that there is now no apprehension to their lives at the hand of their parents,how my friend and her wife can release from safe house,any application before sessions judge Rohtak can be file or not in this regard,kindly advice.Regards

Manoj! Move your application to the authority (either sessions judge or SP) who sent you both to protection home and order accordingly shall be issued.

yes i agree with the Expert mover an application to the concerned authority who sent your friend to the protection house.
