such accused has got to be let off just becous there was no evidence agaist him.later on if involved in crime there is no bar to rearrest him.police had taken bond fro such accused to make sure he can be rearrested.

Buddy,
This query has two fold answer.
1. When investigations (Whether colluded or otherwise) doesnot relate the person to the crime, he can be let-off. However, subsequent investigations can also reveal the involvement of accused, in which case the police can seek his arrest.
2. If on trial, sufficient evidence is produced about the involvement of such accused, then also he can be arrested.

Involvement in the crime if proved by evidence the acquitted person may be arrested by police.

Thanks to all respected,
Accused is released under CRPC 169 without informing me and even I am not in the city for the seven days with in that period they released the accused. I also told investing officer that I am ready to give you bond about involvement of the accused but due to involvement of some of the police officer in the crime. She get released even accused not having any idea about the bail, who give it and how much amount is spent on the same. I given all the information with in seven days from the date of crime, that how , why, when and how many peoples may be involved in this crime.
Request to reply for the same. I even approched two commissioners for the same but no action. FIR Filed as on 12.07.09.
