as i already seek clarification regarding immigration detatils, nobody answered my querry.The person whose details is required is with in the coimbatore passport office jurisdiction.where can i send the application under RTI? and To whom?.Whether to the passport officer or immigration officer?.I need a person's presence at a particular date regarding whether he is in india or elsewhere?
Who is the information officer regarding my case?
can i seek any copy of his record? if yes means, what record can i seek?
