R/s,
Company was wind up in which Mr x was appointed. on filing form 19 to epf office, they returned with objection that official liquidator's sign not attest. but sign of Bank manager duly attested.Thanks

As the company is already under liquidation and liquidator has only control over all accounts of company including the service record so it is better for the EPF office to get confirmation/verification from liquidator so as to avoid future complications. In normal circumstances, the signature of bank manager are sufficient on withdrawal forms.
