sir i am landlord we have filed a case against a tenant who have not been using his shop for continous peroid of more than 6 months /his point is he is using as a godown and has claimed is has stock in godown by false entry / what all proofs do we need to prove in court that he is not using the premises please help

HAVE you agreement with tenant if so did you mentioned that shop only for shop purpose only if yes then file RCOP case against him. but you must have agreement.

you can prove by his electricity bills, testimony of neighbors.
