My friend's wife is a govt employee.She applied for & granted 5 days casual leave.After expiry of leave she did not join being a careless lay & joined after another four days.Boss served a show cause notice but instead of replying today,she leveled insinuations on the boss(HOD)& did not reply.
What action can HOD take against him ? Remedies for her,if any ?

Query need some more details. Whats her job. Who is her higher office. Have you replied for her show cause notice by written or in person? Whats the result after show cause notice..
