I am running a business in partnership with my brother from last 32 years in a shop which was taken by us on rent 32 years ago..After 4 years the building was sold to other person and again after 8 year the building was purchased by third person.
Right now my landlord is a Widow(50) having 1 son(26) and 1 Daughter(28).
We are having possession on Ground floor only rest of the building is with my landlord which is her residence on first floor.
Before 1 year She had filled a case against us of SELF NECESSITY for his educated Unemployed son and for requirement of shop for running tuition center by daughter.
But her son is not unemployed because he stays out of town for continuously 3-4 years
So Please provide us some suggestions to get out from this problem

self necessity or personal necessity is always a good ground for a landlord to get the tenant evicted.
you can not dictate terms to the landlord that he/ she should should do business at some other place....the landlord will have a solid contention that he wants to settle back at his native place.
better to settle the matter peacefully with your landlord/ landlady....otherwise prima facie she is having a very good case in her favour....contest the matter only if you are having sufficient proof that the need is not bonafide....and this proof shall be stronger than need of landlord....otherwise you will end up loosing money in litigation.
