To frame some one , the complainant said " Maine saman apka ke ghar de diya hai , ab to mera kaam kar dijeye" . The accused only hears.... Later the complaintant files an complaint against the accused ,saying that bribe was given to do certain task one day before the retirement. The accused is an Astt Director General rank officer in defence ministry ...
