sir,
sir,
to find out the property status ,what are the documents i have to collect ,
where can i get genological tree , rtc ,encumberance certificate , and where can i get mother deeds

If u are a buyer. ask the vendor for all the title deeds in his possession. Title deeds mean the sale deed or gift deed or partition deed, or permenant lease deed etc, under which the vendor has obtained title to the property. As the above documents are compulsorily registered u can obtain certified copies from the Sub Registrar's Office having jurisdiction over the property. As reggards geneological tree the vendor should provide the same and u can also verify the same from the title deeds.
