hello,
we have open terrace for which we have paid extra money while purchasing flat as well we r paying maintanance frm last 20 years for terrace ,its our ownership terrace . recently due to lickage problem society did renovation on all comman as well our terrace . we were ask to pay again extra for terrace work which we paid. now our committe member are saying we cannot even put a single pot on that terrace as it will cause lickage and we were having ajhulaa so they ask us not to drill it in the surface as it aill cause lickage . so suggest us, depite of paying we r not allowed to do anythg on the terrace , pls guide wth wht r rights ?we dnt wann to put a shed bt atleast some small plants hardly 5 pots .
guide me wth our rights , becos since thr is no body fit in my house to arguee wth them they r taking advantage .
