The builder has executed the sale deeds of flats and handed over possession to the allottees without obtaining the completion certificate from the competent authority From which date his liabilty under the defect liability period will commence.

Thats will not creat any problem to the allottees.

The question remains as to from what date the defect liability period of the builder commences. from the date of sale deed/possession or from the date of completion certificate?
