Sirs,
Somewhere i read that in case any employer has any Handicapped employee in his organisation then in that case Employer's contribution for that handicapped employee will be bear by PF Department. Is this applicable?? If so then kindly provide me source from where i can prove such things to my management.

There is no such provision. It is only the employer who has to make the contribution.

The EMPLOYEES P.F. ORGANISATION has circulated certain guidelines on this issue in the recent past and accordingly all Regional P.F. Commissioners have issued advertisement in the leading Newspapers for Employers for giving such a benefit. It is advised that you may contact your nearest P.F. Office. Where the layman employee, that too a handicapped one, would approach the Regional PF Commissioner?
If you have any such ruling that may help the author of htis question, better you may kindly attach the same along with your reply here itself. That may provide guidance to others also.
