What is blackmail.

Is it limited forcing someone to shell out money. Or it can be extended to forcing someone to agreeing to divorce without just cause

Under what section IPC is blackmail covered.

KINDLY NOTE THAT IF DIVORCE JUDGEMENT AND DECREE IS ALREADY PASSED AND EITHER WIFE OR HUSBAND IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SAID JUDGEMENT THEN AN APPEAL CAN BE FILED TO THE DIST AND SESSIONS COURT HAVING AREA JURISDICTION.MENTION ALL FACTS AND GROUNDS FOR THE SAID APPEAL.GOOD LUCK.
