Regarding Filing a case

(Querist) 21 April 2011 This query is : Resolved 
This is to bring to your kind notice that my grandfather hotel has been captured by my father brother my uncle and he is not giving us any share. I want to give a legal notice but i am not having any property papers this proprty is of nagar nigam meerut and is in lease .Can I issue legal notice without paper supporting for my share in business. Plz advice

No it is not required not the notice is necessary for filing a suit.
