is without "Settlor" a temple trust executed?
temple is a villager's property and any government is not acquired the tempe. villagers are intended to execute the temple trust. please suggest me. thanking you.

Settlor is necessary party to a trust.

Who is looking after the temple now?
The villagers may start a trust to manage the temple.
in this event, the villagers are trustees
to run and to meet the expenditures some schemes must developed by the trust/ society.
Some one may even donate any immovable property.
he may become settlor in the trust deed.
