do I i need to fir for this to get initated or it would automatically done by police when i provide evidence aginst allegation

To initiate a proceeding u/s211 of IPC it is necessary that first of all a FIR has been lodged and after investigation the finds the case as false, than only the Police can initiate proceeding u/s211 IPC.
