Message : I male had applied for divorce at lower court before that I also applied for conjugal Rights nearly 1 and half year, she is not ready to join, after that I applied for divorce then she didn't come to court. She made a stay at high court for divorce case. And other side she also made a case womens domestic violence act. I want to say that please give me advice that 1. How long would take for stay at high court(its already completed one year) 2. she had made a case womens domestic violence act which is false, So what should I must do? 3. I had male child 9 years should I put another case, can I get my child back

1. The details of the case in the high court needs to be known.
2. Defend the case and show the falsity.
3. File a case for custody of the child. Fate of the case could not be predicted.

Thank you for replying quickly
But she made a case domestic violence which I already attend on 24-02-2011 and I got new date i.e. on 18-04-2011.
But now she had given INTIMATION to bank that "restrained from disbursing any amount to the respondent from the SB account"
"Further the Manager of the said bank is hereby directed to remit a sum of Rs 200000/- to this Court towards arrears of maintenance"
WITHOUT KNOWING ME
I had not received any notice or letter.
I came to know by online my account is blocked by seeing above intimation.
I had SB Account 9,336:00
And FD of Rs 2, 00,000:00
Today I took copy from bank In this letter there is written hearing dt 3-3-2011
I want to say that
1. Without informing me how order is passed (i.e. for maintenance).Which I attend on 24-02-2011. At that time nothing told about maintenance. And got new date 18-04-2011.
2. How bank can hold my FD.
3. How to revoke my account.
4. How she pass maintenance without knowing me or my lawyer.
5. But how can I withdraw my FD.
