Country club vacations

I have signed country club vacations affidavit to buy their time share yesterday.It came with a free life time mebership of country club. I realized that most of the things they are saying can't be utilized because of too many subscriptions or too many people.

since i signed the document and paid 1.4 lakhs just yesterday ( less than 24 hours), can this docment be cancelled ?

In US any legal document has 3 days to cancel.I am looking somethign like that in India.

You may file a complaint in Consumer Court.

there is no such rule in India you may stop payment of the chq and ask them to cancel the membership

Any agreement can be cancelled mutually and not unilaterally.
The three days or above period depends on the T&C of the membership agreement
