Additional information pursuant to the provision of part II of Schedule VI to the Companies Act, 1956 in respect of employee information drawing monthly remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- or Rs. 6,00,000/- p.a. is not required since none of the employees of the Company has drawn the salary to the extent of prescribed limit. Is this required under disclosure as note to accounts ?
