Dear all,

Any one can help me to provide any reference judgement on education society is cancelled by registrar without giving opportunity. If it is on minority will be greate helpfull.

The registrar is not having powers to cancell the society registration without giving opportunity. File an appeal before the IG registration. Or you can file a writ for violation of natural justice.
