police can interfere in land mater?????
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 18 January 2011
Dear Sanath,
Please do not try to ask abstract questions.
Please indicate the fact situation and then pose the question.
In your query, you have not stated as to what sort of interference? At whose instance the interference? Why somebody approaches the police for interference? Why interference at all is called for etc. etc.
Without these minimum facts, it is not possible for any one to give the view, and even if any view is given based on your query, such a view would not be of any use to you.

NO, unless there is a problem with law & order in which case, its role will be limited to maintenance of law & order only and not the land.
