Dear Sir
I want to know
can my mother transfer her share in an agriculture land in Haryana through gift deed or will etc which is come in her name after the death of my father and this land is inherited to my father from my grand father

How many children Ur grandparents had?if ur father was the only son then ur mother can transfer her right in ur favour by Gift

Your mother can transfer her share by a Will.

Your mother can transfer her only that share of inheited property of your father for which she has become absolute inherited owner as a L.R. of your father.
