Real case. A is the accused resident of Haryana temporarily came down to Chennai. B is the complainant resident of Tamil Nadu. Cause of action arose in Kerala 420 IPC and FIR registered in Kerala. Whether interstate anticipatory bail can be granted in Madras High Court? Any any body help with citation?

No. As per latest law of S.C. only court of Kerla can give bail.See section 178,179 Cr.P.C.

No AB thouh the high court in Madras can grant transit bail for a specified time.

Some Courts are not granting transit bail and some courts granting transit bail. But, nowhere it is seen in law regarding the transit bail.
Mr.Barman and Mr.Subramanian, Can you please give me any authority?
