Leakage in Flat

(Querist) 08 December 2010 This query is : Resolved 
We are living on 3rd floor and the owner residing on the 2nd floor complains about leakage problem from our flat. Earliar he had made structural changes of his bathroom and now complains that water is seeping through the walls of bathroom. He has demolished the slab which was provided for tank above bathroom. He is complaining that we should take proper steps to prevent leakage.PLease help.

If you are in any manner associiated with the leakage then make such repairment immediately.
