Format of irrevokable POA

Hi dear all,

We have granted Suppliers Credit facility to one of our customer. In order to safeguard of our interest , we have made provision for mortgage of asset.

along with mortgage, we are also want him to provide irrevokable power of attorney, to have all rights regarding mortgaged asset in case of his failure.

Can somebody provide me format of such POA.

When there is a mortgage, you dont need a POA on the same property. It is some thing like getting married by customary practice and once again getting married (with the same girl) in the registrar office.
