Hey I am a 1st yr BA LLB (hons) student in chennai and I am interested in knowing which would be the right field in which one can intern in at this stage.

As a Law Student, by this time you would be having some idea as to what you want to Focus on - Corporate Law, Taxation Law (Direct Tax or Indirect Tax), Civil Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Law etc. Needless to say, depending upon your aim, you should select the internship.

Irrespective of the demand and the market trends in the law profession, internship can be planned at whichever branch of law you feel that you have natural passion and proficiency in order to put your best stroke and stand tall amongst your competitors in the profession. This needs whole hearted and tireless efforts with utmost sincerity and honesty which can make way to groom your law interpretation skills to envisage a successful career as an Advocate on the long run. This site will give you ample avenues and opportunities to learn the tricks of the trade when you ensure that you spend at least two hours per day pinging on to every links of this website.
