The correct compensation amount according to the due process of law is :- Rs 6,48000 with accrued interest from the date of application. The judge is no voice and he ignore the laws and pass wrong order against claimant. We the advocates who taught them to become wiser and sound in law. So let him teach through Appellate court.
Claim also with this aforesaid amount all-
General Damage (in case of death):
The following General Damages shall be payable in addition to compensation outlined above:
(i) Funeral expenses -Rs. 2,000/-
(ii) Loss of Consortium, if beneficiary is the spouse -Rs. 5,000/-
(iii) Loss of Estate -Rs. 2,500/-
(iv) Medical Expenses-Actual expenses incurred before death supported by bills/vouchers but not exceeding -Rs. 15,000/-
