Dear Sir,
Please tell What is the way to protect husband and his family from wife and her family 498A and 125 ??
In today's situation if a man is going to marry, there are so many cases around us which spoil directly or indirectly husband family.What precautions a person should take to save himself and his family from 498A (Extremely dangerous ) and CrPC 125 ??

There is nothing which could protect the husband from future 498A or 125 case. If the case is filed then several measures can be taken for protection in accordance with the gravity of each case. But yes, there is no blanket way of protection from future cases.

Sir,
Thanks for reply.Ok.No way to safe from it.At least should be a way to stop immediate jail after the fake 498A ? At least there should be some verification of facts if FIR ? Without verification immediate Jail, Is this justified in our constitution or law ??

The law is promulgated in such manner. And the accused is sent to jail by the court only. So the immediate measure of relief should be to apply for anticipatory bail once you come to know that such case is registered.

Inspite of so many complaints and court cases others are living happily. Just drop ego and be more political , you will not have any problem.

Your suggestion is very right.Who wants to involve such painful things ? But to live under the pressure and fear of 498A and CrPC 125 even of fake things or complaints is also not justified.This pressure or fear from wife side put the life of our worshipable parents old age who did tremendous scarifies all the time, Which becomes intolerable. I just asked for fake things.
NO EGO FROM MY SIDE BUT I DO NOT WANT TO LIVE UNDER PRESSURE OF THESE THINGS AND DO WANT TO PUT PARENTS OLD AGE ON HIGH RISK.I AM UNMARRIED, AND NOW I AM PREPARING MYSELF FOR EVERY FUTURE POSSIBLE THREAT OF MARRIED LIFE.
If you can suggest more then that, I respect your thoughts.
