Mine advocate mistakes are not mine ??

Can I take a plea in the court that mine advocate committed some mistakes,these mistakes should not be considered mine mistakes,so mine new advocate should be given a chance to produce my pleas in a fresh way ??

It depends upon what stage or for what relief you are taking this plea. This sort of plea is permissible and widely resorted to at the time of condonation of delay or for making the a dismissed for default suit restored.

I agree with Mr. Barman.But you cannot withdraw the admission made by you.

Ok Rajeev Ji,can I ask court not to consider admissions submission made the previous advocate and consider the submissions of the fresh advocate only.

Yes. It is always open to you explain away the admissions in pleadings under Sec.17 of the Evidence Act.

17. Admission defined - An admission is a statement, oral or documentary which suggests any inference as to any fact in issue or relevant fact, and which is made by any of the persons and under the circumstances hereinafter mentioned.
Tell me sir where it defines that the previous submissions can be taken back?
And Pawan ji,please elaborate where you agree and disagree.
