Job changing

Sir i didnt tell about my past job while changing job in government sector.is it come under supression of material information. Pls help me what i have to do now.

it does not matter since you havent lied about any job which was the base of getting the new job.
still see the relevant regulation of the company whether your earlier job somewhat affects the lawfulness of your new job.
