After divorce

hi,

i have got divorce and 6 yrs old child stays with me , the mother. He has got visiting rights but child does not want to meet or talk to him as he is of bad nature and behaviour. Child has seen all torture faced by me when staying together and hence not happy to meet him. Now i have got married and we both are staying with happily.
But my ex husband is trying to follow us by giving blank calls, sending messages and presurising me by saying that he will come to my new house to meet the child.
I and my child are very happy with our life and do not want his interference in our life. What should i do? I am really fed up now. Pls help.

you may lodge a police complaint against your ex husband.. kindly take this issue to your second husband's knowledge..

Thanks for your valuable feedback. But he is sending me Smses that he will come in school and my new house to meet her. He is also keeping all my whereabouts. How can i keep him away from us. Can i change my no? As he has got visiting rights, he is misusing it by following me. My new husband is very co-operative but i feel scared if this behaviour disturb our relationship.

Pls suggest.
