time period for appeal

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 02 September 2010 This query is : Resolved 
I had a rent case filed under distt. court against my shop tenant in Delhi.He lost it & filed an appeal in same distt. court & lost it again.Now I want to know what's the time period till he can go to the high court.Some says 30 some 60 & some says 90 days.PLz clarify.
