is agreement of sale cum g.p.a are validI hear that supreme court has delivered a Judgement in year 2009 that agreement of sale cum g.p.a are not valid how far it is true hope the experts will throw light on this aspect I thank the experts in advance if the experts throw light on this aspect.

i WANT TO KNOW THERE ARE ANY JUDGEMENTS WHEN A STAY PETITION FILED IN MONEY SUIT MENTIONING SUPREMECOURT JUDGMENTS AND HIGH JUDGEMENTS WAS DISSMISSED WHEN SET A SETASIDE PETITION IS PENDING
