Lease with government

Government will enhance the lease rent upto what percentages?

Any statutory, judicial or administrative directions on escalation percentage, please advice.

The terms of lease agreement falls totally within the domain of prerogative of the parties. The govt concern however may have higher limit for lease rent but in lease unlike Rent Act there is no scope for determination of fair rent by the court.
