this is with reference to querry which posted thast pw1 was not cross examined the cross examination was forfeited . the respondents never preferred an appeal after dissmissing of the petitions of the respoindents pw2 has been filed and during the course cross examination of pw2 respondents have a petition for demarcations of sy.no's X and Y. after demarcation of X and Y survey Nos then pw2 discovered that in one of the plot of the petitioners Sy.No ie.x it was said that the petitioners Sy.No x is falling in a common layout of x and y and . the petitioners have also during the course the in one of the plots sold by the responddents grandfather it was also mentioned the plot sold by the respondents grandfather there was menion of that there is combined layou. OI want at what stage the demarcation will lie the matter is posted for arguements I want to know wether there is apex court judgements or judgements of any high court incluuding the high coiurt of A.p
