Need help in Session trial...............

In a session trial u/s:307 ipc, IO havn't filed the original copy of medical report of plaintiff instead this IO filed a attested copy of medical report. Kindly give the direction as well as case law in this matter.

There shall be no effect on the merit of the case as the attested copy of medical report produced in the challan can be got compared through the office copy maintained by medical officer. No benefit can be accrued in favour of accused just by production of attested copy fo medical report instead of original.
