SIR,

MYSELF MANISH BHARDWAJ.I HAVE NOT RECD MY 4 MONTH SALARY FROM MY PREVIOUS COMPANY. THER ARE NOT RECEIVING MY CALL.IT WILL BECOME AROUND 1 YEAR.MY TOTAL DUES AROUND 70000/- PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT CAN I DO FOR GETTING MY PENDING SALARY.

Either file a civil suit for recovery in civil court or go to labour court under payment of wages act,if company falls under defination of an industry.

First of all serve a legal notice through a counsel and on failure, file a suit for recovery in civil court.
