Validity of judgment

(Querist) 27 November 2013 This query is : Resolved 
If a judgment is delivered in chambers and not in open court when the courts are closed for 2 months because of strike and the parties and court staff are not present can the judgment be legally binding on parties ?

valid and still if you want to challenge, you can do the same in the appellette court
