You have cut and paste the same now.
Mr Sankar Narayanan has not understood the query. It is the pension being given by Govt to him in liue of his wife's service in Postal Deppt and certainly not her onw money. He never stated her to have joinedon or after 2004.
His age is not relevant for eligibility or ineligibility for pension. a few facts are there:-
(1) HE IS CERTAINLY NOT THE FIRST FAMILY PNESION HOLDER OF POSTAL DEPTT WHO INTENDS TO REMARRY.
(2) HE IS NOT ENTITLED TO CONTINUE PENSION IF HE REMARRIES.
(3) IF HE DOES NOT REMARRY HE IS ENTITLED TO DRAW THE SAME TILL THE LAST DAY OF HIS LIFE.
(4) IF HE REMARRIES THE MINOR DAUGTERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO DRAW PENSION TILL SOME AGE OR MARRIAGE OR START EARNING (WHICHEVER IS EARLIER)
No new answer can be invented for repeated query
