Dear learned colleagues,
As per report in Times of indaia 25-3-2011, UT District Chg. consumer forum passed orders to refund ammount deposited by Sh. Mehta residentof Sector-6, with interest and cost of Rs. 20000/ for not building & handing over the flat with Parsvanth Builders to this buider. How can I get this order./ judgement on line or other wise.
If any one of my learned colleagues have this judgementthen kindly send to me and oblidge as I intend to file similar personal case against this Builder for cheating and non fullfilment of its obligations/ service.
