whether every convicts in the prison shall be treated alike or whether a person like ex-minister is entitled to any special benefits like " A CLASS FASCILITY " in jails, on conviction ?

In Jail Manual, certain classes have been defined entitled for A class facilities.

thanks you sirs for your valuable answers. my question was with regard to a very recent judgement " VS ACHUTHANANDAN VS. BALAKRISHNA PILLAI, in which, the kerala ex-minister BALAKRISHNA PILLAI was convicted and sent to jail by our supreme court, on an appeal prefered by the present cheif minister of kerala, VS ACHUTHANANDAN, as a third party. thanks all, once again.
