i have a joint flat 1st name is mine and the 2nd name is of my wife can any tell me what is the percentage I and my wife share for the the property which is at thane

You both will have equal shares i.e 50%,50%

if the specific ratio of shares is not mention in the deed itself.

yes in absence of such recital or percentage of contribution of consideration amount , the property would be deemed to belong to the joint owners equally.
